Delivery Information

All UK Mainland orders are delivered within 2 to 5 days by 1st Class signed for Mail at no charge for all orders over £50. (£2.95 for all other orders).  LAST POSTING DATE FOR PRE CHRISTMAS DELIVERY IS 2pm FRIDAY 19th DECEMBER

We offer a next day delivery service (UK only) at £6.95 (to be signed for). This service operates Monday-Thursday only as there is no next day weekend delivery service available to us at this time. LAST POSTING DATE FOR PRE CHRISTMAS DELIVERY IS 12noon Tuesday 22nd DECEMBER

For Republic of Ireland we offer a Standard Delivery service (3 working days from warehouse dispatch) at £12.50 (to be signed for). LAST POSTING DATE FOR PRE CHRISTMAS DELIVERY IS 2pm FRIDAY 19th DECEMBER

All EU deliveries will be sent at a standard delivery of £15 (to be signed for). LAST POSTING DATE FOR PRE CHRISTMAS DELIVERY IS 2pm Monday 15th DECEMBER

Other delivery destinations including the USA are available at £16.95 (to be signed for ). LAST POSTING DATE FOR PRE CHRISTMAS DELIVERY IS 2pm Wednesday 10th DECEMBER

Please note that items are dispatched Mon-Fri only (excluding Bank Holidays) and are delivered between 9am and 5.30pm. We do not deliver any next day or international services at weekends. Normal 1st Class Mail may be delivered on Saturdays. All of our courier deliveries will require a signature before the parcel is released.

If you are not available to sign for the parcel at the given delivery address and it is subsequently returned to us you will be liable for the postage costs.

We appreciate that you may not always be at home to receive a delivery. Therefore we offer the option of delivery to an address other than your registered payment card address. (See Delivery address option when processing your order at payment stage.)

Your order cannot exceed 5 items (UK)

Your order maximum for international delivery is 1 item.

You can order up to 5 items and the postage charge will not exceed the set delivery charge.

We regret we are unable to deliver to PO Box Addresses and to the British Forces Post Office (BFPO).

Please note that all delivery times are subject to product availability and credit card authorisation.

We strive to process and dispatch all received orders within a maximum of three working days. However during sale periods and public holidays we are extremely busy and delays can occur. Please be assured that we will always dispatch your order as soon possible.
